Otec Process Systems Inc. Guarantees its diaphragm seals to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment from the factory in Arnprior, Ontario. A suspected defective product must be delivered freight prepaid to Otec. If Otec determines that the product is defective with reference to the aforementioned it will repair or replace any part or parts without charge for materials or labour. Otec disclaims any obligation, guarantee or liability, whatsoever, if the product has been altered, misapplied, improperly installed, or otherwise abused.
